Buddy Bench Competition

Crown Primary School is going to have a brand new Buddy Bench after the Easter holidays. The bench will be for people who are feeling a bit lonely and don’t have anyone to play with. If you sit on the bench someone will come and help you to find a friend.

We have a lovely bench, but it could do with some colourful designs on it.

Many thanks to our Crown mum, April Ingram, who has worked so hard to get the bench playground ready.

The Pupil Council are running a competition to design a plaque which will be attached to the bench. We are looking for bright, colourful, happy pictures to decorate the bench.

The cost to enter is 50p. All profits raised will go into the School Fund.

We are looking for at least one winner from each class.

We will be judging the competition on the first Thursday back after the holidays – 25^th April – and the designs will then be transferred on to the plaques, which will then be attached to the bench.

You can get an entry form from your Pupil Council Rep, and once you have completed your design in felt tip pen give it back to them.
